He was in Corrie a few years ago.
Question Author
thanks AEL - and I read his wiki - but do you know what recent TV he was on before the teacher - his face - justs
Question Author
maybe Corrie then - not that I haven't watched Corrie for a very long time
think he turns up in lots of dramas, albeit small parts
Question Author
thanks AEL - when I first saw him I thought it was Ricky Gervais.

As a one off - can you tell me what relationship did he have with the large black lady who seemed scared of him when presenting his dinner and came over all subservient to him
sorry jenny, i don't know, haven't watched the last episode yet :-)
He was the boyfriend of Pauline (are you allowed to say "The large black lady" lol)
Anyway, to be fair, that's another four hours of my life wasted but can somebody explain to me how she realised it was him who was doing it?
Question Author
Sorry i did get lost too. Normally I don't watch mysteries. Thought a bad ending
Terrible ending, it left her position totally unexplained.
zebo
i agree, so much needed to explained to the viewer
Some explanations here.
JJ I recognised him from Corrie, he played Owen Armstrong, father of Izzy. That was a long time ago, 2010-2015.

JJ, the link that ael posted tells us that he was recently in Anne, Four Lives, Viewpoint and Pennyworth
Can we have warning/Spoiler Alert. Ive only watched one episode :0(
Lootar - he told her ( he told the large black leddy he had done it) - who wasnt even tied to the chair in the back room

Whoever has only seen one episode - give up the other three are hardly worf it

informly bad reviews on imbd - wooden script wooden acting badly plotted

I wilted at the bit where she pleaded guilty but hadnt done it - no one ever does that
slated by the press
shots of Bradford city centre but filmed in Budapest
//Terrible ending, it left her position totally unexplained.//
They could potentially make a follow up along the lines of What She Did Next, heaven forbid.
I'm sure that could have found some more authentic looking houses etc that the very obviously East European ones, where in England do doors open outwards for example.
What a waste of four hours - a totally ridiculous and implausible plot. Don't waste your time watching it.
Hurrah. I am so pleased everyone agrees with me. IT WAS TRULY AWFUL!!!!
I was so disappointed by this too, as I am a great admirer of Sheridan Smith. I have really enjoyed lots of other stuff she has been in, but this was dire.
