Why are there never any for sale boards, even on properties that have been on the market for years?
I know for sale boards are used in France, Spain and Portugal
i think it's all a set up - i reckon people have already seen the places, or brought one, and then just "pretend" it's the first time they are seeing them
You could be right, bednobs. I know they film over 5 days (4 days with the same clothes/hair/make up, nothing is as it seems on these programmes but it's easy viewing before bed or in the middle of the night
i read a very interesting book (in small part) about someone who was on one of those sarah beeny programmes doing up their house, and how completely fake it all was
I'm sure the potential buyers are told all that sort of information during the early stages of the selection process. Also monthly/annual communal fees where relevant at some point during the viewing.
Lots of editing means we only see the, erm, highlights
