Other things got in the way, Naomi, but i intend to start watching Red Rose tonight. I've seen the ad and read the synopsis, etc, and i'm already intrigued.

I think it will be your sort of thing, Ken. We watched the first episode - and could resist going on to the next. If common sense hadn't got the better of me I'd have sat up all night and watched the lot!

Sorry, Shirley, when I posted that the television was off and I’d forgotten which BBC channel it was on. I just knew it was BBC. I downloaded the whole lot. Eight episodes I think - but I might be wrong. As a provider of information I really must try harder. :o/

Unlike sqad, i've just watched the first 6 episodes and am quite enjoying it. Not the best thing i've ever watched, but, imho, it's very watchable.

Clearly, in the case of tv progs, one size never fits all. Would be a boring place indeed if we all liked the same things.
