Does anyone actually watch the adverts in Celebrity in the Jungle? ? Or even watch the programme right through? I record it and whizz through to the ‘bests’ bits.

I record everything that I want to watch on commercial channels and whizz through the adverts. I can record 13 channels at a time, although I have never found that many I want to watch

You don’t have to watch it to know it’s a pile of tripe. It’s in the papers and on Twitter etc.

I whizz through the adverts on all programmes as most people do. I suppose some people must watch the ads or they wouldn’t spend so much money on them.

Clover, the tv companies are struggling to attract advertisers - and it's going to get worse with streaming platforms such as Netflix now showing adverts on its cheapest subscription.

Won't be long before "reality" TV takes over completely. The schedules are already swamped with it - doesn't say much for the intelligence of the viewers.

I don't assume that you watch it, Burley, just find it difficult to understand how you can form an opinion on a programme you haven't watched.
I haven't seen it because it doesn't appeal to me, but I know a lot of people do enjoy it. A lot of programmes don't appeal to me but I don't assume they are tripe
