What Was This Film/Tv Programme Called?

I remember watching a show, probably in the early to mid 90s, it was a British made production. It was about a woman who has a relationship with a man (a soldier I think) who turns out to be a ghost. But she ends up becoming pregnant which is the twist. Anyone remember it?
