Over Zealous Selling

We purchased a fridge freezer from AO for my MIL.
I have since had 14 calls trying to sell us insurance!
I have told them time and time again that we don’t want it!
Wished I bought from Argos now!

Are you sure it originated with AO? I bought a F/F from them and I've had no such calls.

Yes I am sure it’s from them, I double checked the number.
I think I checked out as a guest Rowan.
It’s a good job I gave my number else MIL would be purchasing more insurance

I've never had calls like that from AO. Excellent company. Their service is second to none.

Looks like things have chaged at AO since I last used them. The only call I've ever had about insurance was for a TV and that was only once.

I had one email after I bought my cooker, regarding insurance that was it. However Currys was a very different matter, I still get yearly reminders to ensure a washing machine I replaced about 10 years ago that I never insured anyway
