Yes, I did, right at the end. Lovely programme but thecgood thing is that he knew how people liked him before he died.
I didn't watch. I knew it would be sad.
I'm out of step, as usual. He set my teeth on edge.

Anyone who likes dogs is pretty good in my book.

It was a wonderful tribute..showed all his personas..there will never be his like again..Ta Ta Paul xx
I cried at the end. I'm not a cryer usually. I don't know whether I can cope with the new series at Battersea!

Such a wonderful man. I didn't realise how much social work he did I his younger years. A national treasure :0(

I dont like people who don't like dogs, or other animals!
A truly amazing superstar. Spent a dozen or so years as a drag artist in clubs. Became a TV sensation. Loved him.
I think MrT had a tear in his eye too. He's a bit like Paul with animals, a Dr Doolittle.
I loved it and the way they had the dogs sitting on the sofa watching it was brilliant. He was unique, a one off and I know I'll never see his like again. I feel sorry for all the abused and unwanted dogs entering Battersea in the future who will never know his gentle loving voice or his tender touch when they need it the most. What a loss. I hope with all my heart that there is a fitting tribute to him at Battersea in time. I know it will be bittersweet, but I am looking forward to his final series. RIP Paul, a true gent. Wish I had met you.
It's so wonderful that the donations to Battersea in his memory have passed a quarter of a million. I DID donate but can't watch the programmes. It would upset me too much.
No, didn't watch. Th guy seemed a decent sort, but I'm genuinely surprised at the amount of fuss at his passing. Is this the reaction for all celebs now ?
He was not just a celebrity. He was a very loving and caring man who endeared himself to the public.
Seen a few of them over the years though.
Old Geezer. Paul was far more than a celebrity for many of us. He was a wonderful person in all respects. To be honest, I'm no lover of the word celebrity. Its used too often. I genuinely felt very upset about Paul. If angels existed he would be one. I didn't realise until I watched the program how involved he was in social work in his younger life.
Douglas. I can't remember being upset like I am when someone I don't know or love dies. Funnily enough, Mr T feels the same, which totally surprised me. He's no softy!
