Many of the presenters have been on it. They also find it easy to use the dancers for their exercise slot.
They are both BBC programmes so one advertises the other for free.

A relative was complaining about the same thing but on Steph's Packed Lunch, a C4 programme
I suppose it's an easy subject with plenty of celebs able to talk about it. Inoffensive, non-controversial slot filler
