Skyq - "Watch From The Beginning"........Any Ideas Here.....?

When selecting something that has started, it often says "Watch from the beginning?...press select" - now when it's non BBC it just downloads the program and you can watch it anytime. Now when it's BBC, it randomly decides to fire up Iplayer and you have to watch it there and then. It doesn't do it every time for BBC shows just what seems like randomly to me. Anyone know of a setting that will just download like it does for everything else. Thanks.
