what film??

Earlier this year a film came on about a man who had kind of long, blonde hair and amnesia and the film sort of went backwards. Everytime the man remebered something he would tattoo it on his body with ink from a pen.

I know its a bit "what you hell are you talking about?" but does anybody know what it might be called?

the DVD can be played chronologically, ie forwards, if you want
