BBC will have a special edition next Monday. Anyone have any idea what or who it will be about?

It's all very secretive.

I suspect that Aunty Beeb is taking great care not to forewarn the individual or organisation that the programme will be about, in order to prevent them seeking an injunction to block its transmission.

So it's unlikely that anyone, other than a few select  'insiders', will have any knowledge of its content at this stage.

I've done a bit of googling and I'm getting that it's about the Crypto King, Sam Bankman.

I've already heard about him, can't see why it would be a big stir in the UK.

the crypto one was on last week.

Who chopped that chuffing tree down?

Philip Schofield?

Tory swindlers?

has to be a follow up on Bankman Fried

Might be David Walliams. He's a lot of skeletons 💀

It is the Conservative Conference this week.

My guess it is about dodgy donors.

JCB then?

Back actors are no longer shocking.

You can see now, it's about Abercrombie & Fitch:

BBC News - Abercrombie & Fitch ex-CEO accused of exploiting men for sex

So it's all a non-story then?

Rich man has the money to pay for sexual favours and does so.  Nobody was forced into going along with it.  On the contrary, it seems that they were rather well paid for it.

Good for him!

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-66889779

'A BBC investigation found a highly organised network used a middleman to find young men for the events with Mike Jeffries and Matthew Smith.

Eight men told the BBC they attended these events, some of whom alleged they were exploited or abused.'

'Several told the BBC the middleman or other recruiters raised the possibility of modelling opportunities with A&F. All except one said they felt harmed by the experience.'

'Eventually, he said he went to hide in a back room where he fell asleep. Alex said he woke up with a condom inside him and feared that the champagne he had been given earlier had been spiked.'

'"When I put things together, I believe there is a very good possibility I was drugged and raped. I'll probably never, never know for sure the answer of what happened," he said.'

CHRIS, do you think it's a, "non-story" still?
