The track 'Evening Time' featured on the album of the same name, which was released in CD format on the Studio One label. (SOCD 8014).  It's rare though, so you'd have to fork out about £35 to get hold of one:

A better alternative might be to download Global Sampler Volume 75 (free) from here:

(It's a .rar file, which needs to be unzipped.  You could then incorporate the .mp3 file for 'Evening Time' into your own compilation).
