A friend was hacked leading up to Christmas..it's been reported a few times by various friends. She has tried everything to contact FB..buy there seems no direct way to do so. No email, nothing. 

She guessed it would be slow sorting out up to Christmas but still can't get on line. The account is there, she can see it but not able to sign in. 

 

Any ideas how she might contact FB. Please. 

 

All her years and years of photos..as well as friends list. The hackers were deleting any of her contacts who tried to chat with her..me included. 

 

Help please if possible

same thing happened to my husband.  He just abandonned his account in the end.
