18:35 but that is the description, a percentage is NOT a fraction, oddly enough 50 hundredths would probably be accepted.

Why is it odd that 50 hundredths would be accepted?

what I mean is that any fraction that was a half would probably have been accepted, not odd, wrong phrase but I suspect it would have been.
