Netflix buffers when selected on the apps section or SKY Q menu - how do I stop this please

You have to refresh the apps,Press home and navigate down to settings but DO NOT SELECT settings. then "0 0 1" then "select"then navigate down to "apps" and selectthen scroll right and select "refresh apps"It can take a while best do it before you are doing something other than watching TV.The apps will refresh and next time hopefully the netflix problem...

The apps will refresh and next time hopefully the netflix problem will go away.
