Aid For Ukraine

Wasn't sure where to post this to be honest.  Just been reading some articles in The London Economic online.  One gave me pause for thought.

"A reminder that the US invoked NATO's article 5 after 9/11, and much of the international community rallied in support of America."

"136 countries offered assistance to the USA after 9/11. Can't remember any of them asking for their money back."

It was the right thing to do anyway.

But Ukraine isn't a NATO member (yet) so can't invoke it's articles. They rely on others having high moral standards and the ability to see the consequences of ignoring the situation.
