Relaxing in the small office this morning with the radio on and an everyday tale from Ambridge playing I suddenly realised that this is how I picture Answerbank and members in my mind.

All life is there, for better or worse and I certainly couldn't live in a place like that.

Some of the characters are decidedly dodgy, dangerous or downright doltish.

I read today that one of the characters, Lynda Snell - a Christian - is fasting for Ramadan.  How very BBC.

No mention of Lent, of course.
