yeh definitly liverpool as someone says every so often - you're scouse accents getting stronger Pete

It's the type of scouse accent that Scousers usually try to soften (specially seeing as how negatively they're perceived by the public generally, and particularly due to the press). It's only the 'professional scousers' that deliberately make it more pronounced. Cilla Black's a case in point, though I defy any language expert to classify her (I could take a stab at it!).
