Love JJD and have done since the programmes inception - brilliantly written every time. Something I've never been quite clear about tho' and would be grateful if anyone could enlighten me. What exactly is Sir Ian Rochester's title and job. I know he works for the Home Office but is his position purely to keep and eye on proceedings?
