My video cut out 10 minutes before the end of Saturdays Monk. Can anyone tell me who shot at the Campaign office and why? Thanks

The volunteer guy who came in with food for them all. He wanted the photocopier because there was an incriminating piece of paper jammed inside, so he first tried to destroy the copier by shooting it (and when that failed, he wrote the note to make it look like Natalie was the target) then volunteered to help with Natalie's campaign, figuring that there had to be some point at which he could get at the photocopier to retrieve the paper - only there wasn't, because Stottlemeyer had the campaign HQ under police protection. Monk figured out it was him because he discarded a campign leaflet folded in a very distinctive way - the same way as the original note.

And Natalie lost the election by a landslide.
