Hmm good question. No, i dont think ive ever seen him on it - but if im wrong someone will advise. I love ER and Morgan Freeman would be great on there as a grandfatherly figure who shows them all how its done.

No Morgan Freeman has not,as yet, been in an episode of ER.

Many famous people have tho Ewan MacGregor, Alan thingy (Jim from Neighbours, now in The OC), Susan from Friends is in it currently etc etc.

I Love ER, loved it from the beginning.
