Before or during the inquests does Sir Alan see the video footage, or does he just rely on the reports from his two sidekicks?

As an aside, if the apprentice is taken on at 100k, what on earth are these two on!

He probably does both.

Considering the importance and length of service of his two supporters, I would suggest they are both seriously wedged by Sir Alan - and I bet they have to give him his money's worth as well.

I agree - although it comes across as if he doesn't actually see what they did, I think that he would, though he would rely on the his sidekicks, as they get a real idea of what each candidate is like. Sir Alan wouldn't get that unless he was there, or watched 12 hours worth of footage!
My impression of this programme is that, although it makes entertaining television, it is edited almost beyond all recognition of the real sequence of events.
Just heard the person who got fired last night say on the radio that although we see about 5 mins of the boardroom 'interview', it actually went on for 3 hours!
yeah i read that too, that the last interview last for ages and he really lays into them, but you only actually see a condensed "exciting" last 15 mins..... great stuff though!
