80's or 90's horror film, short episode

A man was watching another man getting beaten up by what looked like creatures one night. He was spotted and threatened by one of them. he made a deal not to talk about what had happened and was rewarded with success and happiness untill one night he told his wife and emediatly she changed into one of the creatures and so did their children and they ended up flying up to the roof of the building and turned to stone!!!!! Can anyone help with any info on this ??

I think it was a short film called "Lover's Vow" within the film Tales From The Darkside:The Movie. The "Cat from Hell" film was particulary scary in this anthology, as I remember.
