Is Bob Hopes son deaf, or is the actor who plays the roll deaf? I could have swore i saw him wearing hearing aids.

..are you mixing the character with Ian Beal's little brother ?, Ben in Eastenders, who is partialy deaf and wears hearing aids, the 2 new characters seemed to pop up in the 2 soaps round about the same time...

If it's Jamie, who is played by Alex Carter, then no I don't think so...he was in Hollyoaks for ages and I've never seen any. This is providing you mean that son, I havn't watched it for a week or two, so another son may have appeared!

I spotted the ear situation too - was it where he was standing at the front door and the camera was positioned behind him? I thought it was just where his fake tan wasn't applied behind his ear.

I'm talking about the actor who was in renford rejects & hollyoaks previously. The other day when he was filmed from behind, there appeard to be hearing aids in both his ears. I don't think i imagined it, I just wondered.
