Name of a film?

Hi - i'm trying to find out the name of a film that I saw a few years back - unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the actors in it, but the plot goes something like this -

A couple decide to pull off a drug deal (man is a doctor and does some dodg sidelines selling prescriptions too)

She runs away with the money, leaving him to carry the can for the money, and being chased by the dealers.
She changes her name and gets a job. Eventually, he finds her through a PI and she ends up framing him for the murder of her new b/f and her own rape (she rang 911 withou him knowing during a rough sex thing) - the plot is great and its driving me nuts not knowing.

Please tell me if you know the name of the filem.

Last thing I remember seeing her in was Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back but she was also in Men in Black, & Dogma. Not seen her in anything for a while now (more's the pity)

yeah - she played an angel in Dogma didn't she? The Last Seduction was such a cool film - i thought she'd strike it big
