Anyone know the name of the early 90's film about two kids growing up in (Toronto?) which had Radiohead's 'Creep' as the theme tune?

Thanks Mike - unfortunately it wasn't S.W.F but cheers anyway. Any other suggestions anyone? The main character was a young delinquent, who, unkown to anyone, was a great artist. He accidently kills a drug dealer and the film ended with him setting fire to the house he shared with his mother and dying in the flames.
Hey! I saw it about 10 years ago. I am looking for this movie too. The kid (I think his name was Brendan, about 13 yrs old, smoking) had a Beastie Boys poster at is room. He also had another small room in which he drew monster-like creatures on the wall (in black). His mom did or could not care about him. At the end of the movie, he set his room afire (radiohead playing creep) and stayed in it. If you found out: please let me know! I thought the movie's name was "juvenile delinquents" however I cannot find it at IMDB or so.

Yeah - that's the one. The kid was being hounded by a cop who was waiting for him to turn 13 (or whatever the criminal age of intent is over there). Wierd - I had no idea questions stayed on line here for so long - it's been almost 2 years since I asked about this film! Still haven't been able to find what it's called tho'.
