Can David Boreanaz drive?

In the series 'Bones' he's always got a back projection and in 'Angel' it's always dark so it's hard to tell if he can drive or not....... maybe it's like people that can't sing and play musical instruments at once....he can't act and drive at the smae time....

The use of back projection ( or more likely chroma-key ) may have nothing to do with whether he can drive or not, but more likely to control shooting conditions.

i seem to recall he's very keen on vintage cars (a bit of a waste of time if you can't drive them!)

and in some episodes of Angel he's driving

and apparently he sued a driver that crashed into him while driving his mercedes in 2000.
