Does anyone know the name of the animated series (not a cartoon) that was a spoof on superheroes and amongst it's characters was a plastic soldier that had been melted?

I know that prog you mean, Stropman, Me and my daughter are racking our brains for the name. there was a doll called Stinky Diver, a half naked action man and a barbie doll

Excellent! I looked up Stinky Diver...the show is called Action League Now!!!

Now i just have to find it on DVD! It's not been released officially and there's nothing on ebay....anyone have any ideas?
