Are there actually any silent movies where the heroine is tied to a railway track? And if not, where does the image come from?

The most famous one is a Buster Keaton film called "The General" made in 1927. It's set in the Civil War and Keaton becomes a hero by capturing a train (called the General) and rescuing the heroine (actress Marion Mack), who is tied to the railway track.
