The theme music was actually originally the music for ITV's coverage of the 1986 World Cup, but Saint & Greavsie used it afterwards too. I would suggest contacting ITV direct, as I don't think it was released commercially. Also, try Kazaa or Soulseek to see if you can download it (although I should point out that this would be illegal, and of course, I don't condone breaking the law. Not at all.) You should probably type "Saint & Greavsie theme tune" into google to find out the actual track title.
