The question asks it all really - but just to elaborate a litle. This gem of a series was originally messed about with by BBC2 who then realised what a quality programme it was. Have recently been enjoying the re-runs on BBC1 in the afternoons and can't wait for the next series to start. Hope it brings Adrian closer to finding out who murdered Trudie. I do miss Sherona even though Natalie Teeger is a good replacement.

No
I like Monk...i don't exactly put it in my diary but it's good to watch. And often quite funny.
I've only just discovered it and have enjoyed the re-runs on Hallmark. I must admit I'm not keen on the new nurse, but that's probably because Sherona was such a quality character.
I love Monk so much, I'm a massive fan of detective programmes/books and the best has to be Columbo but Monk has captured my heart! My best friend enjoys it too, in fact i got my entire flat watching! I do miss Sherona but you can't have it all, can you?!

To be honest i didn't watch it for ages as i thought it would be a bit naff. I persevered though the fist couple of episodes i watched and so glad i did! You have to get to know the characteristics of Monk before you can fully apprieciate the show though i think. It is his mannerisms that make the show. A bit like David Brent in the office! Great programme although it can be a little hit and mis occasionally.

No, but it is very good.
