my new address was previously occupied by a bankrupt business and its post code on computers comes up with its business name how do i stop this.

If your problem is that you are being refused credit/loans as a result, then you need to contact the two credit reference agenices used in the UK - experian and equifax - www.uk.experian.com and equifaxe.com. You can request a copy of your credit file (they charge a nominal fee of around �2). You may find that there are county court judgements registered against your address and you need to get these removed via the credit reference agencies.
