Sky Resricted channel

Hello, I am trying to view a film on sky movies 8, but the channel for some reason is blocked and is asking for my pin. Why would it do this, I have looked at the services menu, and there are no restrictions on any channels what so ever.

We had this same prob today,for a 12 & 15 certificate ,it's the ITC that are making them do it . We rang them up and asked for the pin :o)

The pin mumber is the last four digits on your card!

Could be cos the card was changed?It went from light blue to dark blue!My old man work for sky and i'm just passing on what he say!

Or you can set your own PIN. I have.

It's a really stupid situation. You should be able to opt out of the whole PIN thing if there are no children in the house. Either that or stop showing age restricted movies during the day and early evening.

It ******* up recording films thats for sure. (unless you are there to enter the PIN first)

the pin is the last 4 numbers on ur viewing card just take it out ov the box i had the same trouble rang them and thats wot they told me unless u have changed ur pin to a differnt number then it wld b that pin if not its the last 4 on the card........
