Horror on Ch5 over the weekend

There was a film on 5 maybe Friday or Saturday night that I fell asleep in the middle of and want to know what it as called. It was a horror about some inbred family that lived in the mountains there was this boy/ young man who had almost non-existant eyes and he played a banjo. The film name was one word long and began "De" seomething, like "Deranged" or "Detached", etc.
