I saw a film a few of years ago where the world was controled by the government by making everybody wear a machine on thier heads which made them all stupid and one guy was realy inteligent which the government found out about so they gave him a job running things he eventually killed himself live on tv i can give more details if required i wold just like to know what the film was called

the name of the film was called "Harrison" i cant remember the actor who played the lead in it but christopher plummer was in the film.
