What's the deal with him being on BBC1 and ITV1 this morning? I thought Saturday Kitchen was live...is the ITV show pre-recorded? I also thought it was a bit strange that the Beeb would let him do a similar show on the same morning on a rival network. Any thoughts on this?

Pardon the pun, but ITV poached him. I don't know whether the ITV one is live or recorded (didn't watch) but I do know the BBC are just showing old stuff he did while with them.

I also noticed both BBC1 and Channel 4 had Sean Lock on a panel quiz at exactly the same time

Saturday Kitchen a re-run of old stuff this morning.

Saturday Cooks is just exactly the same which irratates me as it's the same idea and people, I mean even Matt Skinner is on it!

What also gets me is the advert breaks, I'm not used to getting adverts on Saturday Kitchen, so I doubt if I'll continue watching Saturday Cooks.
