Sky HD installation times

Anyone know how long you would have to wait for Sky HD if you ordered today?
I am wondering whether it is worth ordering now and waiting or give it another couple of months for the dust to settle and see if they have a cheaper offer on?

i'm sure that with the world cup on, they would install almost immediatly ,why not give them a ring and ask them?

i heard that so many people have ordered it that youll have to wait over a month to get it installed

At the moment if you order it now,you're looking at getting it by the middle of october!!

Well - we ordered it last night and have an installation date of Sat 26th August. The very earliest we got offered was Mon 21st, but had to opt for the Saturday because of holidays....
