Name that film...please!

I'm sure about 5 or 6 years ago I saw a film that starts with everybody speaking in a foreign language with subtitles. Then afterabout five minutes someone says that they are not going to speak in Bulgarian (probably not Bulgarian, but whatever language it is) for the whole film and the entire cast start speaking English. Does anybody know what this film may be, or have I just invented it in my own mind??

The Hunt For Red October starts with the crew speaking Russian (with Subtitles) and then switches to English... could that be it?
