Late 80's or early 90's cartoon series (uk)

Does anyone remember a cartoon that would have been on tv around the late 80's or into the 90's where the characters drove around in cloud cars??

I know that sounds strange but im sure im not making this up! I can't remember the name of the cartoon but they definitely used to drive clouds!!
