having not seen the film for some time i cant be exact, but the following pieces of music feature on the film soundtrack, hope this helps?

Aria De Capo from Goldberg variations,BWV 988, by Johann Sebastian Bach.

Vide Cor Meum by Patrick Cassidy, liberetto taken from Dante's "La Vita Nuova".

Hi, I love that piece of music too. Having watched the extras on the DVD I can tell you that it was written especially for the film by the score's composer.
...so it's the second one mentioned "Vida Cor Meum" - an aria written by Patrick Cassidy using the libretto from "La Vita Nuova".
