Pls can someone tell me how dawn died - last i saw was her coming out the explosion then yesterday they were saying she was dead - what happened??

Apparently she suffered internal bleeding, post trauma shock I think they said.

Also are you able to say who else died as I know there have been 3 deaths but other than Dawn I don't know who the other 2 are?
