what happened to the girl they found trapped in a house? Who was she trapped with? I don't know much more as I missed the last part of the doc.

Went back to live with her mum then a care home. The two doctors who worked with her tried to become her guardians but were banned from ever making contact with her. Basically the government got what information they needed then stuck her in a home once she was no longer of use to them.

I didn't even hear what had happened to her - what was her story? I presume she was looked after by animals and trapped in a house but I missed the whole thing.
