retuned to get film4...

and now i have lost both music channels!! and i havent got film4 even after retuning it 4/5 times and yes i have checked channel 31, but on my freeview box it is non existant! please please please help!

Put in the make and model of your freeview box, hopefully there will be someone there who can help you.
Make sure you put in your title that you want help plus the make and model, just so that it doesn't go unnoticed.
