Why is it when i watch the repeated episodes of Eastenders at 10pm on BBC Three, and the next episode of Sugar Rush on E4 I get this ladies voice commentating on everything..Its very annoying

Are you watching on sky? If so it sounds like you have the audio descriptions turned on. Press help on the remote control and it brings up the options to turn on/off subtitles and audio descriptions.

no we are on NTL, be good if we could switch off, i'll try that...

Hi Eveiekins, I have NTL, Lisa's right if you go to interactive and settings, there is an option to turn off audio descriptions. I don't know why but our's has turned itself on once or twice. Happened the other week!
