Actually Captain Scarlet(Paul Metcalfe[his real character name]) was based on Cary Grant, but he was voiced by Francis Matthews. Gerry Anderson has just announced a new series of 26 episodes of CS, which should come out in 2005. These will be produced using 'Hypermarianation', which is a form of computer generated imagery. The plot will be more or less the same, but Cloudbase will be bigger, there will be 12 Angels instead of 5 and Lt. Green will be female.
