kidnap of a diabetic woman

Can anyone (osprey, perhaps, you seem good at this) tell me what the name of the thriller, 1970s ish, where three women are kidnapped and held possibly in a windmill or tower, and one of them has diabetes and is running out of insulin? There's a possiblity that Michael Caine is in it but I think I could be inventing that part. Thanks, it's really bugging me.
