Bad toad

Trying to remember a children's TV series in 70's or 80's where there was a toad who kept hitting himself on the head and saying 'bad toad, bad toad'. Ring any bells?

It rang a distant bell with me. It's from "Drak Pack" - a Hanna Barbera production which originally aired in 1980 in the US (early 80s in the UK). It featured the sons of Dracula, Wolfman and Frankenstein's Monster fighting crime in the form of Dr Dred and his gang O.G.R.E (Organisation of Generally Rotten Endeavours) to atone for the sins of their fathers. I can't actually recall anything that happened in the show though the screenshots here - http://www.toonarific.com/d/drakpack-pics.html brought back some memories.
