I missed the first of tonights shows and when it came to the second part the girl I thought got through last week wasn't there! I think her name was Emily , she had short hair and was a bit arrogant. Can anyone solve the mystery for me?? Thanx in advance.

she wanted to concentrate on her career in opera singing and said that she would damage her voice with the type of singing in the show! basically she thought she was too good for the show! she wouldnt have won anyway, jumped up little madam!

She was a madam I'm afraid - totally the wrong atitude for this kind of world. Don't believe all you hear about people in showbusiness having to be ruthless to get on - my son is in the crazy world of showbusiness - West End and lots of other stuff - he's a gentle, caring lad, and is always in work. Producers like him, he's well known for his reliability and is rarely out of work. He has friends who have come through stage school and come out of it really tough and ready to fight their way to the top - you do need to be tough but in the end of the day your talent is what will swing it for you - not your bolshiness.
