Saturday morning programme?

Years ago there was this programme on Saturday mornings. It was an American kids, series thing, where this American family got pulled into a future parallell earth. I can only remember the first episode where they were on holiday in Egypt and they went into one of the pyramids and got lost and when they came out voila! future world. Not that it was a particularly good programme, I would just like to know if anyone else remembers it and what it was called?
