I didn't see it either - it was my Mam who watched it and she thought the characters name was Nathan. I went to the imdb to find no mention of anyone called Nathan. Hence this message to find out even just the characters name!! Thanks anyway ;o)

I am fairly certain he was called Reuben. Don't know the actor but hopefully you can now use the link from mikewith. Hope it gets you what you want.

Thanks to both of you for your help. Yes his name was Rueben but unfortuntately he is not listed on the imdb cast list for some bizarre reason. The general consensus amongst my friends is that he was in Casualty but we haven't worked out who.
